  • problems with writing at work

  • planning to meet your readers' informational needs

  • drafting paragraphs, sections and chapters

  • writing effective introductions and summaries

  • report types: feasibility reports, progress reports, research reports, instructions

  • persuasive strategies, conclusions and recommendations

  • visual aids
