description of topics:
In later profession but also during their study the maritime technologist will often
come into contact with international and national law. In daily life one needs law for
example when one buys a personal computer or instruments, enters or leaves employment
service, or has to settle damage caused in traffic. The maritime engineer will (dependent
on his job) have to do with cases as contracts about shipbuilding and -reparation,
mortgage on ships, contracts on charter and transport, average and the consequences of it. |
