Classification of material removal processes, processes with geomtrically well-defined cutting edges (turning, drilling, milling, etc.), processes with geomtrically non-defined cutting edges (grinding, honing, lapping, etc.), other processes, tool characteristics, process parameters, recent developments, state-of.the-art machine tools
