Detailed description of topics: Selected topics in the field of business engineering and management.
The theme of the course is the introduction of the Learning Organisation and
reflections on the basics of that kind of organising, also in the perspective
of the increasing of personal effectiveness by way of personal growth. There are 3 workshops connected to the course and a business
presentation of an enterprise that accepted the principles of the Learning
organisation. A pedagogy of Learning by Teaching is
