Course information: Six fields of interest are offered in this course. They are all directly related to the subject management in unique manufacturing. The student will be requisted to make a selection. Fields of interests are:
Within these six areas the student is free to choose a subject. The research is executed with the common practise of a shipyard or reparationsyard in mind. Creditpoints are rewarded after writing an essay and doing a presentation about the chosen subject. Chosen subject are investigated against the background of maritime orientated company. It is important to point out the importance of the subject for a shipyard / reparationyard. |

Remarks
(specific information about assesment, entry requirements, etc.): A project is carried out in a small team of 2 or 3 students. Most of the time case-studies from the industrie are the basis for the subjects. Therefore a project is often carried out at a shipyard. |
