|
Research Theme |
Three dimensional Tracking by
Stereo Vision |
|
Brief Explanation |
Intelligent robot systems should
have smart functions in many kinds of real world tasks. Visual tracking is one of the
functions. Stereo visions is a
promissing approarch to realize them. In our lab, many kinds of robust
algorithms for object search or matching have been proposed and applied to
many robotic visual functions. In this study, some algorithms may be
implemented and tested by use of real robot systems. |
|
Research Steps |
1. Literature survey (one
month) 2. Implementing some
robust stereo visions(one month) 3. By use of them,
implementing visual tracking functions(two months) 4. Evaluating them(one
month) |
|
Period |
Five months, but possible to
extend to a 10-month project. |
|
