Intelligent Control in Human Assist System

(Electric Bicycle, Electric Wheelchair, MDOF Manipulator, etc)

Brief Explanation

Motion control in human assist system is an important key technology for future aging society.  For example, a stabilization & power assist control of electric bicycle is preferred for safety and convenient transport system. 

The advanced development of intelligent control brings sophisticated motion assist in human assist system.

Research Steps

1. Literature survey (one month)

2. Simulation study by C Language + OpenGL (one month)

3. Experimental study(one month)

4. Implementing various control algorithms on the experimental system (two months)

5. Evaluation of simulation results and experiments(one month)

Period

5 months, but can be extended as a 10-month project, by including hardware experiments.

Necessary Background, Knowledge, Skills

Fundamental knowledge about Control, Robotics and computer programming skills.
