In consult with the lecturers a choice will be made from the following subjects:
  • Microrheology of polymer fluids
  • Constitutive equations for polymer fluids
  • Numerical simulations of viscoelastic fluid flows 

or some other subjects depending on possible guestspeakers.

The objective of this course is to give a theoretical foundation for the various subjects of wb1421A and to introduce new topics such as numerical methods for polymer flows and the microscopic description of polymer fluids.
